We respond to all general inquiries within 24–48 business hours. Media and press inquiries typically receive a response within 24 hours. Partnership inquiries are passed to our partnerships director, who responds within 48 hours. For child protection emergencies, please call our 24/7 hotline immediately — do not use the contact form.
Call our 24/7 emergency hotline at +211 912 345 679 immediately. This line is staffed around the clock by trained child protection officers. In South Sudan, you can also alert local authorities, UNICEF field offices, or any ACSS field team member. Do not use the web form for emergencies — always call.
Visits to our program sites require advance coordination and must be approved by our programs team. This is to protect the privacy, dignity, and wellbeing of the children in our care. Donors, journalists, and partners interested in field visits should contact partnerships@acss.org at least 4 weeks in advance.
Please email media@acss.org with your inquiry, publication, and deadline. Our communications team handles all press requests and can arrange interviews with the founder, program staff, or (with strict safeguarding protocols in place) visits to field sites. We respond to media inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
