Baseline Assessment
Every child undergoes a comprehensive assessment at intake to establish baseline data on wellbeing, education level, and family situation.
Regular Monitoring
Monthly check-ins track progress against individual case plans, identifying any barriers or challenges early.
Mid-Term Review
Quarterly reviews assess progress against program targets and allow for course correction where needed.
Endline Evaluation
At program completion, we conduct endline assessments to measure changes in wellbeing, education, and family stability.
12-Month Follow-Up
We follow up with every child one year after program completion to ensure sustained impact and wellbeing.
